Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to control your personal data. Here's how to exercise each right:
Access Your Data
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Response time: Within 30 days
Export Your Data
Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).
How: Email contact@qmt.email with subject "Data Export Request"
Response time: Within 30 days
Correct Your Data
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
How: For app data, update in app settings. For other data, email contact@qmt.email
Response time: Within 30 days
Delete Your Data
Request permanent deletion of your account and data.
How: Use in-app deletion or visit our Account Deletion page.
Response time: Immediate (in-app) or within 30 days (email)
Opt Out of Analytics
Stop the collection of analytics and usage data.
How: In-app: Settings → Privacy → Disable Analytics
Website: Reject cookies via the cookie banner or clear localStorage
Manage Push Notifications
Control which notifications you receive.
How: In-app settings or device Settings → Notifications

Please include:
- Your name and email address
- The app or service your request relates to
- A description of what you're requesting
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
Response Times
We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days as required by GDPR. If we need more time (up to 60 days for complex requests), we will notify you.

If you're not happy with how we handled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority:
